Purchase a Travanzi eSIM for your travel destination. Receive an eSIM QR Code via email. Open your device settings and navigate to Mobile Networks > Add eSIM. Scan the QR code and follow on-screen instructions. Enable the Travanzi eSIM and start browsing instantly!

Your eSIM activates based on the plan type:

✅ Instant Activation – Some eSIMs start working immediately after installation.
✅ Activation Upon Connection – Others activate when you connect to a supported network at your destination.

Yes! If your device supports Dual SIM functionality, you can:

✔ Keep your home SIM for calls & texts.
✔ Use the Travanzi eSIM for data while abroad.

👉 Go to Settings > Mobile Networks and choose which SIM to use for data, calls, and SMS.

If you run out of data, you can easily top up your eSIM:

🔹 Visit www.travanzi.com and “My Account” select “Top Up”.
🔹 Purchase an additional data package.
🔹 The new plan will be instantly added to your eSIM.

Travanzi eSIMs are data-only. However, you can make calls via:

📱 WhatsApp / FaceTime / Skype / Google Voice. If your eSim has call+Data service it will come with an embedded local or international number which will allow you to place call.

👉 If you need a local phone number, we recommend using VoIP services like Skype or Google Voice.

Yes! It depends on your plan type:

🔹 Local eSIM – Works in one country only.
🔹 Regional eSIM – Covers multiple countries in a region (e.g., Europe, Asia).
🔹 Global eSIM – Works in over several countries worldwide.

Yes, you can delete an eSIM profile anytime:

🔹 Android → Settings > Mobile Network > Remove eSIM
