When will my eSIM activate?
Your eSIM activates based on the plan type:

Can I use a physical SIM and a Travanzi eSIM together?
Yes! If your device supports Dual SIM functionality, you can:
✔ Keep your home SIM for calls & texts.
✔ Use the Travanzi eSIM for data while abroad.
👉 Go to Settings > Mobile Networks and choose which SIM to use for data, calls, and SMS.
What should I do if I run out of data?
If you run out of data, you can easily top up your eSIM:
🔹 Visit www.travanzi.com and “My Account” select “Top Up”.
🔹 Purchase an additional data package.
🔹 The new plan will be instantly added to your eSIM.
Can I use Travanzi eSIM for phone calls?
Travanzi eSIMs are data-only. However, you can make calls via:
📱 WhatsApp / FaceTime / Skype / Google Voice. If your eSim has call+Data service it will come with an embedded local or international number which will allow you to place call.
👉 If you need a local phone number, we recommend using VoIP services like Skype or Google Voice.
Can I use the same eSIM in multiple countries?
No, you can’t use the same eSIM in different countries.
🔹 You’ll need to install a new eSIM when traveling to a different country.
🔹 Each country may require a separate eSIM.
🔹 Make sure to check the eSIM plan before traveling.

Can I deactivate or remove an eSIM?
Yes, you can delete an eSIM profile anytime:
